Fleming's (Update)

Just a quick note... Lauren and I made the trip back to Fleming's last night to celebrate our anniversary. (Ask for Modesto -- our waiter -- he's excellent!) For starters, we enjoyed some of the best carpaccio I have tasted. Oysters Rockefeller and classic French Onion Soup followed, and then on to a beautiful Salmon Nicoise Salad accompanied by a glass of Chilean Pinoit Noir (for Lauren) and a fork-tender and flavorful Osso Bucco with an Argentinean Malbec for me. Dessert was an anniversary-trio of Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee and Chocolate Cheesecake. A dinner and service to remember, for sure. Chef Ryan Charabowski even stopped at the table to say hello and happy anniversary. Congratulations to Fleming's on another perfect evening!
