Quince restaurant in Evanston will host a four-course sake dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 4. This special dinner will be led by sake brewer Hitoshi Ohai, President of Chokaisan. The menu, prepared by Executive Chef Andy Motto and Sous Chef Josef Dugolenski, features four exquisite dishes that pair perfectly with the subtle and elegant nature of sake.
