Quince Celebrates

In honor of their 5-Year Anniversary, Quince Restaurant will offer a Themed Prix Fixe Menu Complete with Take-home Treat

Thursday, December 8
$50 per person (plus tax and gratuity)

Quince restaurant, located in downtown Evanston, will celebrate five years of serving delicious and distinctive cuisine on Tuesday, December 6, Wednesday, December 7 and Thursday, December 8. Executive Chef Andy Motto has created a special, four-course prix fixe menu, with each course incorporating the ingredient quince, one of the earliest known fruits. As an added treat, each dining guest participating in the prix fixe will receive a jar of homemade quince-flavored jam to take home.

The four course menu (outlined below) is $50, plus tax and gratuity. Dinner is offered from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Quince’s regular dinner menu will also be available at this time. Reservations appreciated, not required.

Shaved Veal horseradish, quince, arugula

Course Two:
Scallop watercress quince salad, Serrano Ham

Course Three:
Duck Breast foie mouse, brioche, quince duck jus
