Bistro One West to Host Wine and Beer Dinners in March 2012
St. Charles, Ill (March 2012) – Bistro One West (1 West Illinois St., St. Charles, Ill; (630) 444-0600) will be hosting three very special events in the month of March. Each event will feature a special menu created by our highly acclaimed Chef, Doug D’Avico, and will be paired with amazing wines and beers from California and Chicago.
On Thursday, March 1st, Bistro One West will welcome The Hess Collection Vineyard to the restaurant. Chef D’Avico has created a four course meal that will be complimented with some of the finest Hess wines including Sauvignon Blanc, 19 Block, Hess Suskel Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This exclusive dinner begins at 6:00 pm and costs $60.00 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Tickets available on a first come, first served basis.
On Thursday, March 8th, Bistro One West will feature the Donati Family Vineyard. Each of the four courses for this event will be paired with exquisite Donati wines including Unoaked Chardonnay, Paicines Claret & Merlot, and a Meritage called “Ezio”. Cocktails start at 6:00pm with dinner beginning at 6:30pm. Cost per person is $75.00 (not including tax and gratuity).
On Thursday, March 22nd, and back by popular demand, we will again host Two Brothers Brewery from right here in Warrenville, Illinois. At this sold out event last year, our guests had a blast tasting a half dozen different beers. Chef Doug D’Avico offered some delicious menu items for this dinner with beer pairings. This event also starts at 6:00 pm and is $50.00 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Tickets will go fast, so reserve your seat soon!

The Restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. ; Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Restaurant is closed Sundays until Spring and Mondays.
